Movenpick resort in Jimbaran, Bali is a family resort targeted for family with small children. Knowing the audience are sometimes children (and also elderly), we created signage system with iconography that are easy to understand and memorable, and at the same time, makes it easier for them to navigate their ways at the resort during the holiday. We also use materials that are resistant to corrosion like painted metals and synthetic woven rattan to blend the signage with Indonesian tropical style of interior design, and for durability issue as well. And after 7 years, the signage still look as good as new.
