Retail is no longer simply about putting products on shelves. Consumers move between shopping, dining, entertainment and digital experiences, and the most interesting retail destinations bring all of these behaviours together.
Rambla is a hybrid multi brand retail concept developed by Summarecon, combining fashion, groceries, food and online shopping within one destination. JED Creative developed the brand identity and visual system to give this new retail concept a distinctive personality.
The name Rambla takes inspiration from La Rambla in Barcelona, a lively public boulevard where people shop, eat, meet and move through the city. That sense of energy and constant movement became the starting point for the brand.
We translated this idea into a visual identity built around movement, excitement and human interaction. The logo and graphic elements create a sense of people coming together, while the bold visual language gives Rambla the energy of a contemporary urban destination.
The system was designed to work across the entire retail experience, from the storefront and interior environment to promotional graphics, digital communication and social media. Rather than creating a static identity, we developed a flexible system capable of changing with the products, campaigns and experiences taking place within Rambla.
The result is a retail brand designed to feel alive, dynamic and continuously evolving reflecting the way people shop today.
